Tecton provided design services for a new headquarters building in Norfolk, Virginia to house the 3rd Patrol Police Operations, Traffic, Homeland Security, Harbor Patrol Units and all staff support areas.  With nationally recognized expertise in Police Facility Design, Tecton partnered with RRMM Architects to offer the City of Norfolk full architectural services for this brand new 38,000 SF facility.

The City of Norfolk’s intent with their new Police Facility was two-fold: to consolidate operations and to relocate the combined facility to a new business park, serving as a catalyst in neighborhood revitalization.
