Tecton’s charge was to quickly deliver a ten-story modern, flexible workplace and a high-profile customer center. The new design captures the essence of collaborative environments while integrating a variety of work styles, including appropriate touchdown areas for employees who primarily telecommute.

The entire ten-floor project, including a new executive floor with client presentation spaces and an employee services floor with cafeteria, training center and other specialty rooms, was completed within 11-months. Tecton led a full-service approach, with swing space, design construction sequencing, furniture installation processes and move management services.

Having surpassed client expectations, Tecton was subsequently retained to develop new furniture standards for Prudential Retirement on a nationwide basis.
