The nearly 30-year old Southbury Plaza, located adjacent to the town’s historic Main Street, underwent a major facelift when Tecton designed a more traditional New England character for the bustling shopping center.

Tecton provided master planning, design, construction documentation and construction administration services for the project. The renovations to the existing shopping center also included the incorporation of a new 60,000 SF Super Stop & Shop.
