Tecton conducted feasibility studies and preliminary designs for a new Police Station and Highway Department Facility for the Town of Sutton, followed by subsequent new construction of the selected police station option. This included a review of existing conditions, space needs assessment, conceptual designs and opinion of probable costs for each of the facilities. The study also included a review of possible sites for new construction, including the selected location on the site of a former restaurant.

Tecton worked with the Town to usher the project through a public town meeting and a Proposition 2 1/2 debt exclusion, ultimately gaining approval for a new police facility that is six times the size of the existing station.
