Housed in an aging shopping mall, Tunxis Community College was eager to grow its academic program, create a campus brand and build an environment that dignifies the community college experience. Tecton’s collaboration with the college began with a campus masterplan, followed by phased renovation and construction of a new library, classrooms and laboratories.
